- ½ cup Lemon Juice (about 3-4 lemons)
- 1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 2 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the oil and whisk to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Use right away or refrigerate and use as needed. The dressing will separate in the refrigerator the oil may solidify. When you need to use the dressing allow it to warm up at room temperature and whisk all the ingredients back together and you are ready to go!
