Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

This MOST delicious 5-minute 4-ingredient honey mustard dressing is SO easy to make ahead and store in the fridge for weeks. A perfect fresh salad dressing to take your salads, grilled fish or chicken to new heights!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lemon Juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • 1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the oil and whisk to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.

  4. Use right away or refrigerate and use as needed. The dressing will separate in the refrigerator the oil may solidify. When you need to use the dressing allow it to warm up at room temperature and whisk all the ingredients back together and you are ready to go!
